Real Skinformation

Real Skinformation

The Client: Sanofi & Regeneron
Role: Co-wrote strategy, led creative concepting, oversaw campaign brand & identity development, website UI & UX design, content creation, and production

The Situation

From self-proclaimed skin miracles to research-backed medical treatments, dermatologists are having a difficult time keeping up with the ever-evolving online conversations about these topics, making it difficult to best counsel their patients who might be using information in these conversations to manage their skin related challenges.

The Idea

We created Real Skinformation: A platform built off AI-powered research that analyzes conversations and trend-sharing across the digital universe, transforming overwhelming data into digestible summaries to help HCPs stay on top of what their patients may be learning about to manage their skin conditions.
  • “This is fabulous and could be a great resource to visit regularly to ensure I’m up-to-date on what my patients are seeing trending in Instagram, TikTok, etc.”

    —US

  • “Very interesting to understand the perceptions of patients and the remedies they use.”

    —Italy

  • “Sleek aesthetic and the discussion on the benefits of rice bran are particularly engaging.”

    —Japan

  • “It's very well done, with eye-catching and well-structured posts, and there's also a Spanish section. I'll use it more often. I've already recommended it.”

Reflections: This project is one of those passion projects. It was tough. It was innovative. It had never been done before. The original ask was to come up with a corporate thought leadership program. Ideas due in the morning. So naturally, I left my desk and didn't think about it. I was actually scrolling on TikTok (I'm super into skincare and makeup) and all these trends were popping up on my phone and I thought about how astounding it is to be living in a world where all this information is at our finger tips. No one to tell you if it is right, wrong, or just plain crazy. OR where it even came from - and why you should care. And that is how Real Skinformation was born. I was not exaggerating when I say this was tough to get off the ground, but that is why you surround yourself with the smartest people. We got A&I, Futures, Innovation teams, the smartest and brightest to make this a reality.

IT TAKES A VILLAGE.
